Comprehensive Vascular Access Program (CVAP 2026)

ShardaCare - Healthcity successfully conducted the Comprehensive Vascular Access Program (CVAP 2026) on 23 August 2026 in association with the Healthcare Skills Foundation.

The programme combined expert-led academic sessions with hands-on training in peripheral, emergency, central venous, specialised and dialysis vascular access. Dedicated skills stations covered IV and EJV cannulation, intraosseous access, PICC, central venous access and vascular access care and infection prevention.

Led by Dr. Anil Kumar, Director - Institute of Critical Care, the programme brought together eminent specialists from across Delhi NCR. Around 50 nurses participated, strengthening their skills, confidence and commitment to safer and standardised vascular access practices.

Because vascular access is more than a procedure, it is a critical care skill built on knowledge and precision.
