Dr. (Gp. Capt) Anil Kumar is a seasoned urologist and surgeon with over 34 years of medical experience, including 27 years in surgery and 21 years in urology. He served in the Indian Air Force and top Armed Forces hospitals across India, holding key clinical and leadership roles. His career includes advanced surgical training (MS, DNB) and appointments as Consultant and Senior Adviser in major command hospitals. He later transitioned to civilian roles at Aster Ramesh Hospitals and Apollo Hospital. A respected educator and examiner, he has mentored numerous postgraduate students and served as an MCI assessor. His work reflects a deep commitment to clinical excellence, teaching, and healthcare leadership.

Dr. (Gp. Capt) Anil Kumar completed his MBBS from the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune in 1987, followed by a Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery from the same institution in 1995, under the University of Pune. He earned his DNB in General Surgery from the National Board of Examinations (NBE), New Delhi in 1999, and later pursued super-specialization in urology, completing his DNB in Urology at the Army Hospital (Research & Referral), New Delhi in 2004. He was also awarded the MNAMS (Member of National Academy of Medical Sciences) in 2000, further underscoring his academic and professional excellence in the medical field.
