He completed his MBBS & MS (Surgery) from AFMC, Pune, M.Ch Paediatric surgery from AIIMS, New Delhi and FIAPS from Indian Academy of Paediatric Surgery. Dr. Ravi Kale is a highly respected surgeon with memberships in the Association of Surgeons of India and Indian Association of Paediatric Surgeons. He has received numerous military commendations, including the Chief of Army Staff Commendation and GOC-in-C Commendation for service during the Kargil War. In civilian roles, he has led the Indian Academy of Paediatric Surgeons and advised the UPSC. Dr. Ravi Kale also contributes to medical literature and serves on editorial boards for MJAFI, JIAPS, and the Journal of Paediatric Urology
